Northwest Mediation Center is excited to announce an opening for a Mediation & Training Coordinator. This key role will coordinate our dedicated staff and volunteer mediators, assist with the Mediation Practicum and recertification processes, and facilitate additional training sessions. Join us in making a difference through mediation and effective training initiatives to promote peaceful problem solving in our community!
Position Description: Non-exempt; 20 hours per week; $20-23 per hour, DOE; in-person (hybrid negotiable). Reports to the Executive Director. Open until filled.

Mediators are assigned on a rotating basis. Many volunteer mediators have additional expertise in particular areas and can be called upon to mediate specific kinds of disputes.
